The location was wonderful, so close to a private taxi to go 7km outside Matera to look at the Crypt of the Original Sin and Sassi and an ancient cave and easily accessible. The staff was pleasant & professional. Our room had an extremely comfy bed and an exceptional view.

The unit we got was authentic with shower, an exceptional view, for instance. The location was particularly good and exceptional, for example, Musma Museum was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel👌

I didn't want to leave this place and would definitely return, as its location in the historic area was fantastic and conveniently close to transportation.

The staff was really kind. The views of the cathedral and the Sassi Caveoso were exceptional. The location was marvelous and breathtaking, close to a monumental 1200s cathedral. It was a short walk to a “sasso” cave. The central heating, multi-channel television, and the couch bed in our double room were useful during our stay. We enjoyed the nice decor.
